Stubborn Baffle

  1. I've got a 2 into 1 termig on my sport1000 and was pulled a few years back for having a loud pipe. So as I had it on me I threw in the baffle and went on my way. Been riding around with it in ever since - but feel its time to unleash some noise. Any clues on how to get it - out the bastard won't budge. Tried everything I can think off including fixing a chain to a hook in the baffle with the other end attached to the house but didn't want to put too much pressure on the exhaust hanger. Thinking a slide hammer maybe but any suggestions gratefully received.
     
  2. Take the pipe off and push it out from the other end. Its what i have to do with the baffles on my speed triple :upyeah:

  4. Can you get a broom handle into the end of the baffle? If so - insert and rotate the handle in a stirring motion whilst teasing backwards gently, should work it loose without causing any damage.
