Getting Good Finishes On Frames

  3. Scotchbrite belt sander gives a nice satin finish.
     
  4. It officially looks shit with hammerite smooth finish gold painted on. It's staying though. Easier to buy a different frame with V5 and swap it out at a later date.
     
  5. I got a rolling chassis up today on a 748 wheel I borrowed from MADASL. With the tank balanced on top it is showing some kind of future. A good day here :)
     
  6. Orbital sander with Scottish bright. Try it and see...
     
  7. It's easier to buy a complete different frame than it is to remove some paint and buff it up?
     
  8. It is when the frames with V5 go for £100 but it'll cost me more than that to strip and polish the frame I have.
