    1/5,
    "Poor customer service"
    Pros - They sell bikes
Cons - Provided little to no care post sale
One star is harsh however this is due to buying a bike from them only to be splashed in brake fluid on the return journey home (180 miles). A number of parts were affected due to the leakage.Transpired that two things were at fault (1) Reservoir cap was not tightened, literally just sitting on top (2) Brake line was split. Naturally this resulted in the performance of the front brake becoming a sponge. End result I had to pay for the replacement parts albeit a small discount was applied. I judge the after sales and in this instance it was poor. This may be an isolated case but the expense and safety aspects were simply shrugged off. I wouldn't buy from them again.

    5/5,
    "Superb service"
Pros - Good staff, very helpful and always looked after me over the years in all departments from sales, parts, service and Clothing, Used them in previous Kawasaki ownership and now Ducati
Cons - The only negative I can think of is the long lead time for any workshop work (3 weeks in advance)
I liked Seastar when I was a Kawasaki owner and they helped resolve a few issues I had at that time even though I didn't buy the bike from them. I bought a 2nd hand Ducati Multistrada off them last year and have been impressed with how they have treated me. I had a few issues with the bike at the start and they sorted them all under warranty (on a 3 year old 2nd hand bike). I have had a few other bits done and always been able to sort something with the service dept with loan bikes to keep me going and have had my pick of the demo bike fleet to play with including the XDiavelS and Multi Enduro when both arrived in the shop

I had a failure of a rear subframe mount bolt in Norway a couple of weeks ago and a twitter post with a picture sent to them from Norway had the broken item delivered to the dealer for me to pick up on my return to the UK a few days later on my way home

excellent dealership in my experience and hope this continues

    3/5,
    "Time will tell"
Pros - Friendly staff, test ride easy to arrange
Bike ready to collect on time
    Great showroom
Cons - Missing parts discovered after handover
    Long wait for delivery
New bike not too clean on collection
Picked up my new Multistrada 1200s on Saturday, seat had been lowered for some reason (I did not request this) prior to handover and now I can't raise it back to standard because some vital parts are missing. 3 emails so far trying to get it sorted without success - disappointing but overall the jury is still out.

    3/5,
    "Dealer issues."
Pros - First impressions where excellent, staff very helpful and friendly and had the bike in stock I wanted, a demo to test ride. nice showroom with a large selection of Ducati's in stock of all types.
Cons - Overall buying experience not as good as one might expect from a premium brand motorcycle, ridiculously long delivery for new motorcycle they had in stock (3 1/2 weeks) ,
Was initially told could be on the road in ten days, have had many new cars and motorcycles over the years and this seamed excessive, however after placing the deposit delivery went to 16 days after claiming they had a free week in workshop leading up to 23rd April, then a few days later emailed me to say needed another week as workshop fully booked, not what he told me before (now 3 1/2 weeks total) Obviously under staffed, should have been honest from start, didnt offer anything as compensation to alleviate the disappointment.

Appreciate this is a busy time of year for them but this issue clearly needs addressing, what should have been a pleasurable experience turned to stress and disappointment.

Having had nine new motorcycles in the past and many new cars dealing with Suzuki, Jaguar, Land Rover, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Moto Guzzi and others, in my previous experiences dealers have always excelled themselves giving preference to new vehicles to get your bike or car on the road.

In summary, would I use them again? yes; if they increased their workshop staff to speed up their service.

    "Motorcycle dealership at its best"
Pros - Superb staff, never fail to impress with tech. knowledge and always go the extra mile to help. New Ducati display area is awesome!
Cons - Can't think of any.
I have been visiting Seastar for over 10 years and have bought many new and used bikes of all marques from them. I am always pleased by the level of attention, service and friendliness that I get there. I would thoroughly recommend Seastar to anyone.

    5/5,
    "fantastic new showroom and facilities"
Pros - excellent staff, very knowledgeable and always ready to help
Cons - it's been understandably chaotic with all the building work that has taken place but I don't feel that has affected the service
Over the seven years I have bought three bikes from here and have always taken them back for servicing, MOT, tyres, dyno set ups and warranty work.I have also purchased countless items of clothing, spares and helmets, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. well done Ducati Norwich I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

    4/5,
    "Just shy of 5 stars"
Pros - Friendly staff, excellent showroom, clothing and accesories in store, rolling road, superb techs.
Cons - Understaffed for such a busy place, tyre prices.
This is purely based on my experience, all in all a very good dealers but in my opinion they need to work on the little things to be perfect.
For example used bikes not cleaned when purchased and collected (not just mine).
one month to prep a used bike as only one tech was able to do belts and he was on holiday.
Busy departments take your number to call you back but more often than not for whatever reason they didn't. (5 different occasions)
Set standards for used bike. My rear tyre was that squared off when I picked it up that it was showing canvas after less than 300 miles but as the tread depth was ok they were deemed as good to go (under 3 years old so no mot needed)
However they only charged me for the tyre not for fitting.
The front tyre was showing canvas on the left hand side 70 miles after the rear, went elsewhere for that (ride in ride out £30 cheaper) but they did call back 3 days later with a price (in stock) and could book it in the following week for fitting.
