That's harsh Cranker !!! It just might have had fork Sealsif you look at the original top yolk pic the forks are too too far down :-/ looks like some muppet put it back together !!!
No they are not, check out ryders pic, like mine was, he has dropped the front and yet he still got the same yokes on as yiurs. Something isnt sitting right. I know nothing compared to most of that lot ^^^^ but even I know something isnt sitting right...
So it looks like your forks need to come through the bottom yoke about 10 mm . You will need to slacken the bottom yoke. I did mine one fork leg at a time if I remember right . Loosened one side pushed down on suspension with one side still tight then re tightened and did the opposite side. Worked for me.
