Long story short - bike in for replacement water pump cover, Dealer phones to say radiator has a weap, new rad fitted (cost £720!!). Took 'old' rad to Arrow Radiator Services Bristol - tested and no leak found! Quandry!...step in Paul aka 'AirConTechnical' of this parish - tested again and definitely no leak!! "We've pressure tested well above the cap pressure and no leak, this radiator is tight. No repair required."
