Saw these at the years BIAMF; are they a kit you buy to turn 900SSs into Retros, or am I doing the owners an injustice and they are great one offs? Possibly the best two bikes at the event (IMO) Cheers Blues
Cheers, don't think it would be too hard to chop about a 900ss frame to suit. Just depends if you could get insured after..... And then there's the bodywork, which may prove very expensive
The Baines Racing Project Imola has a specially built frame made by John Baines. Production stopped when John moved to France some years ago. Geoff still runs the business from unit 14 at Silverstone, in fact I have just returned from there having given in to a pressing urge to pay them money (for a comprehensive service on my 748)
