I'm going away round europe in a few weeks and want to charge phone etc from the bike, What adapters do I need for the power outlets, can I get them from maplin? Would like to be able to have USB outlets, does anybody know? Cheers andy
Ones under the seat are hella plugs, should be able to get them from most places, as for USB plenty of options , usually plenty on ebay
Most bikes have a Optimate charge lead fitted by dealers from new. If yours has then this works well: http://www.optimate.co.uk/o-101.htm

Having seen so many reports on the dangers of cheap copy and fake Chinese electronics (phone chargers etc that go up in flames) personally if I was after something like that I'd be looking to buy from a reputable Brit retailer......I'd rather spend a couple of quid more for the knowledge that the item has passed proper safety/application tests ;-)
Ultimate addons. You can have a single lead from the built in power outlay, then interchangeable end for phone, satnav, ipad whatever
