Shell Advance Ultra 4 oil

  1. Can anyone recommend a good place (and price!) for Shell Advance Ultra 4 oil for my Ducati 848?

    Thanks in advance! (see what I did there??!!)

  4. I'd also vouch for CrystalJohn's recommendation of Smith & Allan via ebay - good fast dellivery and they do Shell brake fluids at a good price too.

    There seem to be some ebay sellers bundling Shell Advance with oil filters for various Ducati models - I think I'll take a closer look; I assume a Ducati filter is close to £10 now.

  5. Wasn't there a thread on the forum about 15w50 being the recommended oil?

    I'll still be using 10w40 as I've got 8 litres in the garage.

  6. My Duc seems to use more oil with 10/40. Going back to 15/50 now.....

  8. Dunno about price but I bought some from Opie oils recently. Always has great service from them.
