Anyone ever tried these? - The dimples ones not the sandpaper r&g type ones. Cheaper than stomp grips and meant to be less abrasive on leathers according to one review I read online - I didn't find stomp grips too bad on leathers anyway to be honest but don't want to wreck my new suit if possible. A lot of race teams use the R&G grips, the dimple ones like you mentioned, so they can't be all that bad!
Thanks for that. How come you liked the pro best? Did they look OK fitted? Not sure I like the black ones. Cheers
I use the clear and they look fine, and none of them have scraped leathers. I race with them so dont do thousands of miles with them on.
have a look at this thread, evo fitted to this tank. The bike has a different tank now with pro fitted, but its in storage. I did fit the evo ones in a rush so a few air bubbles remained. http://ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/custard-tartiness.31677/
In the end I went for a few blank clear sheets of eazi grip evo which I will cut to shape myself. Still need the bike yet of course...
Anyone fitted the pre-cut eazigrip EVO to a panigale and can show some pics? Does it ruin the look and is there possibility of air bubbles?
This is how they should be fitted. Some images online show them fitted wrong. I didn't want the hole and logo so got a blank sheets and template to cut my own
If it helps I have the black ones (they are good) and I actually think the bike looks better with them than without them lol!
Yeah same company but the r&g different shape to the standard eazi grip ones I like the look of them actually
