If you want the original panels then you are going to have the longest wait, but they do come up now and then on eBays around the world. I did this with my panels for my 851 2 years ago and finally found one brand new and one nearly new. You probably already know that you can get aftermarket panels in both plastic and carbon fibre.
I may have the side panel you need, new in its original (rather battered) box, had it ages and doubt I'll ever need it for my 888 (famous last words).
