  2. Will also take a cheaper PX

  3. cracker of a bike

  4. Going away for a week, if no interest whilst away my local Ducati dealer is going to pick it up and advertise it for 7995 in the shop offering finance etc and give me 7k when sold.

  5. BIG PRICE DROP

    £6695

There isn't another 2012 evo with that mileage in this condition for sale near that anywhere online, plus just having the £625 service surely makes this a good buy???

  6. Thats a lot of bike for the money!

Sit tight at that price if you can.

  7. There's a fair few for sale at the moment. I've been watching the ones on eBay (mine is up too) and seeing which ones are selling... Which is not many. im planning to sit tight till spring and see how I feel then. I'm in the 'new house forces sale' brigade though I've not got the house yet so the force is currently fairly weak.

I'm 12 months/4000 miles since full service belts and valves which is realistically 2 years till they need doing again... If I've still got it in spring and I put another load of oil in the temptation to just keep it will be strong!

    Good luck with your sale.

  8. I guess the trouble is 899's at the 8500 - 9000 mark available right now.

  9. I could do with this gone asap, but don't want to give it away, wrong time of year I suppose?

  10. Just about to be the wrong time. Matt black attracts a particular market too

  11. What does that mean, are you saying harder to sell?

  12. Imo yes. Like a yellow 996.

  13. little bump, shocked its still here

  14. Combination of things as the others have said. You'd probably have more luck if it was Spring.

When I was buying I always added the cost of getting aftermarket cans to the price. It's a real pain if you want the cans as you have to look for a decent set of used ones for £500 or pay the £800 plus for new.

  15. If this was early next year id have it but don't have the cash at the minute.

  16. Bike looks good so can only be price. IRRC Ali's was a year later, with full traction etc and mint and wasn't much more..shame but thats the market :)

  17. Ill give it another week, if not it can go to Stoke Ducati, they're prepared to sell it on my behalf just concerned about how long that could be but if I'm having no joy then nothing to lose

  18. Have you tried eBaying it with a low starting point and stick a reserve on it? Might give you a rough idea of what price people are prepared to pay. If it doesn't hit reserve you've not got much to lose - don't know how fees are worked on non-sales.

  19. I listed with a reserve of 6799 and it reached 6320, that was two weeks ago. It's back on now with a 6600 reserve, started at 99p last night and now at 5k, ends Sunday evening
