  1. Inspired by Vicrams bike emerging from a swamp, who gets them dirty?

    My poor effort.

  2. Mine doesn't stay dirty for long. I'll admit to being slightly anal when it comes to cleaning.

My mate on the other hand took his to Portugal for a bit of light off roading:

  6. they must be fun to ride on fast tarmac roads

  7. Do they corrode more than the BMW?

  8. Evoarrow you will need to ask me that in three four years time I suppose. My beemer was never well looked after & is a proper wreak closing in on eight years old.

  9. 8 years and how many miles? A wreck in terms of engine or just wear and tear? Not wanting to compare with Ducati, just interested in the BMW.

  10. Close to 95,000miles didn't use it much for one year.

  11. Er ok, so what's wrong with the bike? Btw I read that you fell off a few times so you can't count breakage from that

  12. It works fine but it's now my winter hack, worn down the grips. Worn down the frame paint from sitting on the bike, plenty of rust about but still fires up everytime. Although it did burst into flames one morning due to a mouse chewing the wiring loom & cost me a fortune replacing that. Still that is what you get with farms & not storing vital things in garages/storage units.

  13. A bit of a fire and worn paint, not bad. Same battery?
