Where's best to find info on these? I've seen a few bikes from that era and I'm interested to see if anyone actually uses one regularly. Being 6ft and 15 st. (Athletically built of course). What's the chances it would be able to shuffle me about without looking like a tool?
I had assumed there was a lorry behind, delivering a huge mirror so you took the opportunity for a snap. As you can see, I thought it through thouroughly. And you didn't answer the question fattie !
Bear in mind that your only talking about a 200cc bike built in the late 50s to early 60s, which only produced a claimed 18 bhp or there abouts, so don't hold out any high hopes regarding performance! I'm currently restoring a 1959 175 TS and believe me, it's like sitting astride a BMX with an engine. That said, that weigh about the same as a BMX too! Have a look at this forum and ask the question there, you will probably get a bit more sense out of the guys there well maybe, most of them are Yanks . . . Ducati Singles by MotoScrubs.com
