    "Excellent customer service"
    Pros - Top-notch. While it’s easy for a bike store to be nice when you’re buying from them, the crunch is when you need to resolve a problem. From fixing issues with my Ducati to handling a warranty claim for clothing, P&H has been on my side.
    Cons - Compared to a bricks and mortar store like P&H, there is always a cheaper online store. But I would rather pay a modest premium to support a local store that has my back.
    Excellent overall. The service department has been highly professional. And the Clothing Manager, Greta, has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

    "Best in class"
    Pros - Great relationship with Ducati. Very high standard of excellence and training in all their departments especially parts and service.
    Cons - Need to go next door to their Honda dealership for a decent free coffee.
    Never found a better dealer more willing to help. It doesn't just stop after you buy the bike with really helpful people in the spares and service teams plus their great clothing section.

    "Excellent buying experience"
    Pros - Good comms, rapid acquisition of a new Multistrada DVT, handover very good. 1-1 relationship with "my salesman". Very good for test rides.
    Very pleased with my dealings with P&H. Kevin was great and got hold of a Multistrada for me when other dealers could only offer 8 week delivery. Of course it's easy when I'm paying them over £13k - the proof of the pudding will be when I need them to pull through if I have any problems.

    "Great Dealer, they really try to look after you"
    Pros - Huge range of bikes and kit, free MOT for life if you buy from them
    Cons - Sometimes very busy and can't answer the phone
    I've used P&H to service and repair my Multistrada since I bought it from them. They have always been helpful and were able to obtain a good will warranty from Ducati for the replacement of both cylinder heads after the extended warranty had run out.

    I had my suspension set up by their Ohlins technician and it transformed the bike.

    Usually able to provide a loan bike whilst yours is in the service bay, good for test rides, Marcus (Ducati sales rep) is very helpful and easy going.

    "Brembo M4 brake and Translogic QS fitment"
    Pros - Great Service and value!
    Cons - None
    P&H priced this work up for me and apart from being more expensive on the cost of the Brembo Calipers themselves (which I sourced separately), everything else was quoted competitively.
    To top the experience off when I received the final invoice it was actually for slightly less than the quote (What a pleasant and rather unusual surprise!)
    Special mention to Luke who was really attentive considering he is under a lot of pressure and my unsung hero Steve who collects and delivers my bikes. Steve is a massive credit to the P&H team.

    "Made to feel very welcome"
    Pros - Fantastic team. Very friendly nothing is too much trouble
    Cons - None
    Visited P&H to have a look at the 899 as introducing a friend to Ducati.
    As a female it isn't always easy to just pop in motorbike shop but these guys made our visit a pleasure
    We were able to try out the bikes for size and talked through finance etc with no pressure sales
    I wanted to stay and work there
    Thank you guys highly recommended
