    Very focussed service and customer care. These guys are worth every penny as they are more than generous with advice about how to proceed to solve issues.

    I've known Tom and the team for over 10 years, they are amazingly helpful both in sales and servicing and I can't fault them. Wholeheartedly recommend them and well worth a visit!!

    Pros - Communications, layout, staff, bikes, tea, coffee, price, pleasant & friendly.
    Cons - None
    No hard sale with any sales speak, just simple facts. Any of that sales talk and I would of walked. Everything I was told would happen, happened. Bike was mint and staff superb. Will return without hesitation although not for a while as still lovinvg 1198s.

    Pros - The best motorcycle dealer I've dealt with in 35 years. Always helpful and friendly.

    A good dealer with bang up to date showroom and workshops. The mechanics are top rate, with lots of experience and their sales and parts guys are great!

    "The only place I'd take my 848"
    Pros - Honest, friendly, technically brilliant and decent coffee
    I was looking for an 848 a couple of years ago and found Snells to be the most helpful and approachable of all the dealerships I spoke to. I bought my 848 Evo Corse SE in March 2013, travelling past my nearest dealership an extra 20 miles to buy from them. I felt that they wanted to sell the bike to ME not just anyone and Dave and Roy couldn't have done more for me. Superb service.

    I've since had the steering damper replaced under warranty (Dave noticed the coating was rubbing so took pictures and replaced it at the Donnington Ducati event) and its been up there for every service since. The last service was for belts and came in £80 cheaper than quoted because the work didn't take as long! That's the ultimate in customer service and honesty as it would be so easy to charge the extra.

    I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. 10/10 across the board.

    "Friendly and helpful dealer"
    Pros - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable servicing costs.
    Cons - Not near enough to me
    Just had my 1098s serviced and very pleased with the service received. Great advice from Tom, Nick and Dave and always offer a welcome coffee. Will definately be using again and would happily recommend to others.

    Pros - Good customer service, bike servicing & MOT and general advice.
    I have always been made to feel welcome, and have received great service. They have helped me source parts for my bike and then fitted them during the bike's service.

    "Trusted friendly dealer"

    Just as happy to give you a coffee as sell you a bike. Great technicians who really know their stuff, Paul did a great job on an old race bike of mine. Have helped me out at short notice even though I hadnt bought the bike from there.

    Definately recommend...have used them for lots of warranty work which has been handled sympathetically and very quickly...the guys in the service department are very friendly and professional

    "One of the finest service centres in the UK"
    Pros - Professional, committed, great range of knowledge across he techs, strong support of the Ducati community and they have AK.
    Cons - None
    I have for the last few years used Snells to service my bikes, they collect / deliver for me, always keep me abreast of what needs doing and why, don't invent work and always get the job done in a timely manner or at times even on an urgent basis when needed.
