I did 1500 miles on my 899 last year,not in one day but in the whole year ,in my defence i have to spilt my miles between a few bikes.
At some stage I'm going to have to do a special dedicated photo thread of all my favourite images members have shared here. Because there really are some awe inspiring photos. Smurf that includes yours! I also like the tool-tube mounted on the bike & I've got an unused one.
Thanks! I wish. I use them mainly as extra storage for stuff that I don't want to lug around in my night bag.
The tyres were not ideal. I was sliding the rear around a lot on the soft/mushy stuff. Had a couple of sphincter clenching moments... Hi viz is the main purpose of my camelbak. The water it carries is a bonus
