Frame / Engine Number Verification

What I would be doing is correcting the frame number from ZDM5888 to ZDMS888, and adding the prefix ZDM888W4 to the engine number (the V5C just shows the number part). OTOH, nobody's bothered about it in quarter of a century...

 

I have just tried emailing Ducati regarding an engine/frame number query on the above email address. It came back with a message failure notice. User unknown. Has the email changed since 2 months ago?

 

I think the re is an underscore between the t and the u [email protected]

 

If you go on to Ducati.com under the Company section there is a contact form where you can submit your query.That is how I initiated contact.

 

Think the email gets a quicker response usually
