Thought I would join this fine forum as I just bought my first ever Ducati. Must be suffering a mid life crisis and thought I would be different and avoid a Harley. 1998 ST2 in pretty good nick. Rode it home 300m yesterday grinning most of the way. It may not be uber fast or have the best brakes but it was certainly fun to ride and sounds great even with standard cans. Not without issues though as it has the LO" temp reading on the dash but this fine forum has already aided me in solving it and pointed me to Fiat temp sensor which are a lot less than Ducati want. Looking forward to making your acquaintance and can hopefully contribute to the forum. Being servicing my own bikes for years but the Duc is a whole new world. Will need the valve clearances and belts done in 2k miles so will plump the font of knowledge contained in this forum.
