Hello stuppid question coming up can anyone help locate the ecu i took battery out yesterday as am waiting on a new battery had alook for the ecu to take it off to send away the get dp in it. Can anyone put picture up and what i have to do to remove i so a silver thing is this the ecu .really want help dont want to remove anything i dont need too
Turn the large connectors through 90 degrees. The LHS one anti-clockwise, the RHS one, clockwise. Be very careful when you reconnect the connectors, do not force them. When refitting, turn the connectors the opposite way to the way you did to loosen them and they will pull the fitting into the ECU. Any resistance, STOP as you could bend some pins and that's you fooked.
