Multi spotted (alt....was it you?)....

Discussion in 'Ducati Spotted' started by Multi rider, May 12, 2012.

  1. Spotted a couple around Brecon yesterday, a couple at Elan valley visitor centre and one at Devil's Bridge.

  2. I saw 2 red DVT's at Squires yesterday, one with the full termi exhaust parked next to my 'old' twin spark.

  3. Red DVT with panniers, top box, about a million reflective patches on everything, a Ducati meccanica jacket and a Ducati Arai helmet on the M25 southbound today at about 1800ish.

Please, when filtering between cars have the decency to move over to allow thinner bikes (or multi's without panniers) through. After many, many miles of dawdling pace I had to do a bit of a 'decisive' overtake but you thoroughly deserved it.

  6. anyone heading to Rya's cafe Dorking this weekend? BMW have a test ride event going on. Ny neighbour wants to head down as he's interested in swapping his Tuono for a sports tourer. I will be escorting him on my Enduro.

  7. Saw my first Enduro today. Tunbridge Wells in Kent. Anyone here?

  8. Blimey - can't move for them in the Highlands - they're roaming in packs, preying on herds of defenceless GSs...

  9. The most off-road we get down here is having a bike in for repair/warranty claim (happens a lot to be honest).

  10. Nice Pikes Peak in Heathfield high street today. You were parked up on the pavement and I was heading down the road to groombridges about 2.30 ish

  11. Saw a Pikes Peak and a standard DVT at Masham this morning, didn't stop to say hello as I wasn't sure who's bikes they were and I was in a bit of a rush.

Saw the same combination this afternoon on the York ring road, I've a feeling they were different bikes. Common as muck these Pikes Peaks!

  12. A 14 plate PP turning left onto London Wall yesterday near Moorgate.

  13. Spotted a red dvt and a white dvt on the way towards Macclesfield on Sunday

  14. What looked like a PP coming out of wales towards Leominster and we were heading in :)

  15. Spotted a few today, especially the red on going up the black mountain road as I was coming down on my white one :upyeah:

  16. Which route did you take to go home bradders, a white one passed whilst I was getting petrol and I thought it might have been you ?
And on another note, called in at the Taffy Dakar camp site on the way back and was amazed to see a Multistrada that had been used on the trails covered in crap :). Spoke to the chap and he said it was the first time he'd taken it off road and had been able to take it anywhere his mates on GS's had gone. He was well chuffed.

  18. Must admit one of the red ones I saw I had the bike flat on its side using all my road on a tight bend and gave him a foot wag :)

  19. Awesome :upyeah:

  20. Not sure. He may have thought I was going wide and onto his side of the road...
