748 Paddock Stand Dolly

Discussion in '748 / 916 / 996 / 998' started by fred11, Feb 28, 2017.

  1. Same drawback with anything that has small wheels. Floor surface finish needs to be smooth which some concrete finishes are not. Andy

  2. How do you get in on the stand without it just sliding forward?

  3. Most paddock stands have wheels no? Have used both with and without and with wheel actually makes it easier. Never seen one with castors though.

Think I'll take a punt, hopefully my concrete floor is smooth enough..

  4. The paddock stand part of the assembly is attached by a spigot hinge to the wheeled frame. Should be no more challenging than a normal wheeled paddock stand. Andy

  5. Ordered one. I shall report back!

  6. looks like the casters have the little lever/locks on them to stop the wheels moving.

  7. Not multi directional. Be good to know how this works in practice :upyeah:

  8. Please give a review, I looked at one of these recently for a future bike purchase, would be good to know if they are a simple to use as they look.
