Just fitted the Sato rear shock support bracket to give the rear shock bolt an easier life (and me peace of mind having seen some of the 1199 ones shear off). Lovely piece of kit, easy to fit, and even if the shock bolt were to still fail, the bracket would catch the spring collar and minimize any collapse.
Unfortunately not as cheap as is could be. I could only find them in the USA. Including postage and duty etc it set me back £160 (the item itself only £100). Decided it was worth it for the peace of mind. Looks pleasant too...
