Hello all! Nice to be part of this group. Here is a little about me. I have been riding motorcycles since the age of 5. 53 years old next month. My first bike was a Benelli 50cc. Had to learn how to use a clutch and shift as most kids were trying to balance on a bicycle with training wheels. Had dozens of bikes since those days. Purchased my first Ducati in 1981. It was a black SD900 Darmah. Had it until 2005 when I let it go to help build my new home. Sure miss it. Right now I habe a 2008 Ducati 1098, 2013 Multistrada GT, and 15 other bikes of various makes. I will be purchasing a 2017 Multi Enduro in a few weeks. I will be taking a ride from my home in NY State to Alaska and back. Great trip that I did the first time in 2013. 12,000 miles of pure bliss! Looking forward to sharing many stories, tips and receiving the same. This is me.
12,000 miles....thats more than any of my bikes have done ever...! sounds like a hell of a trip....which leads me to a thread creation question me thinks.... Welcome to the forum....
They only offered the 2013 model in gray. The new one will be red if possible, although the white looks pretty hot also. Have to admit, it looks plenty mean with the off road sneakers on. This was in Fairbanks Alaska preparing to hit the mud up North.
