  1. Went to local Triumph place for wife to try a few bikes for size. Think she'll end up with a cruiser style as she has ickle legs. Going to try her on a scrambler and monster first though.

    Turns out a mate has got a job there as a salesman 6 weeks ago.

    Saw a brand new speed triple that had been dropped on a test ride today, big mess and engine case gone so dripping oil sadly in the corner.

  3. Managed to get my mrs a 796 and now on a 848SF but had to lower the streetfighter and scoop seat she is vertically challenged to the tune of 4’11” though she says it’s definitely 5’

  4. My mate puked on the floor heading for the toilet about 6pm on a Friday. He said wasn't him, I didn't see it therefore believed him and ended up having a stand up row with locals and landlord. They kicked us out and on the way through the car park my mate picked up the A sign and chucked it at a window, we legged it and about 10 locals came after us up the high street. They caught up with us as we were very drunk and it went downhill from there.
    no, Hemel Hempstead, I'm a northerner now. Was in Bournemouth last night though.

  7. Wifey also got a 4 figure tax rebate. I didn't think they actually existed, thought they were mythical like unicorns, Big Foot and God.

Whilst we get an extra hours sleep on Sunday, spare a thought for the National Trust Volunteers who work tirelessly through the night to move the stones back 1 hour at various stone circles around the country side. This is done twice a year to make sure the stones align correctly with the sun.

  20. Getting all nostalgic about when I lived in a land down under. Just watched Mad Max. Also found a picture of a resto one of the guys I worked with did.......Was very impressive
