Right-o. Just fitted the Gilles rear brake and gear lever set The difference to the bike is outstanding, i can stamp on the rear lever easily without having to contort my right leg around the engine casing, which increases confidence. Gear lever has the option to reverse shift if you want to go race style (not for me but some might want too) but the other option it gives is to be able to use the short shifter option, which is a nice feature and one i am using, shortens the throw of the gear lever by about 20%. For £150, its an absolute bargain when you consider you can now use the rear brake with comfort
Like that! Can I ask where you bought them from as I think the same about the rear brake lever....it’s useless!
I have modified the brake side by machining a further 12mm spacer to bring out the foot peg a little more. Anyhow here it is.
I like the AltRider Dualcontrol brake pedal. I don't mind how much the pedal sticks out, I just find it too low and the travel is too far before the brakes engage
