I don't have a boss as such mate, we all run our own units each set on shift, and pretty much do things our way. We have a group of office type business team leaders, but they don't have much to do with us. Not sure what this is bradders ?? (#losersintheloungesyndrome)
Serviced the Mrs 1st thing took the dog around the park had breakfast , used the van and popped a big planter to the kids area of the local park , drop the now recovered Mrs into town then popped to the gym them put the Hyper away for winter in my Dads garage got the Africa Twin out for winter duties , went home had a brew , took the dog to the forest and me on the mountain bike did 5.7 miles Daushound now knackered , now doing huge jacket spuds covered in hot curry and a side order of garlic mushrooms and beans ...
I did have a boss...he left (but I'd say he was the best one weve had yet) we don't get the new one til January so were all doing bits of his job...
I have had opportunities to go contracting, wasn't worth moving for me even at double! If your able to do it while commuting from home or working from home it's worthwhile - but mostly it wouldn't be for me
