My kids have been taking the piss out of my Alzheimers today. They won't think it so funny, when they wake up on Christmas morning with no bonfire or chocolate eggs.
You should put a coat on you'll catch your death! Balmy 18' here in sunny Manchester. Off to the beach in a bit to brush up my surfing skills.
It is -7C here. Sun is shining for a change-can't complain about that. Having cup of coffee and letting dogs out to run. Get warm fuzzies just looking at my bike as we walk past it headed out the garage door. 31...no bike to play with? Darn shame is what that is.
It reached 16 by time I got to the car with the bucket but you definitely got me trumped at 18. Beautiful day though and all but one of the stable is clean. Couldn't be bothered with last one so came for a pint instead.
No so bad really. 31C is about as hot as I am prepared to ride in as I don't tend to forego the protective clothing. Been a while since I've ridden in sub-zero temperatures. Heh.
I took the bike to work today and they had salted the roads here for the first time this winter. (Is it even winter yet?) It was dark when I got home but I just had to wash the bike anyway. That got me some WTF looks from the neighbours.
Just washed my very manly dog, and he's now puffed up like a baby polar bear following the hair dryer
Watched “Atomic Blonde” Silly but enjoyable. Great action scenes, 80’s music and Charlize Theron What could be better.
Just come back from #2 sons house in Leeds having had a birthday meal for daughter in laws birthday tomorrow (and of course taken her pressie round). Granddaughter and grandson were on top form and didn't shut up the whole time we were there.
They’ve decided I need to become a problem solving practitioner at work Geeze however here to help if anyone wants to give me a practice run
Sorry Loz, was unintended. Bloody iPad. Where I am, not riding in temperatures over 31 would mean riding only a couple of days a year. This morning was 27, this afternoon in the rain it was 29! But agreed, full gear gets really uncomfortable.
