Saw this online today and have to say I like the dark coloured frame. Is this an option or only available in other countries?
I wonder if the dark coloured frame is standard on the White 848 or whether you can spec it? Looks great in my opinion.
My White evo also red, which I prefer on these colours tbh. Frame on pic above would look better black to match wheels
My guess is the red frame on the evo and SE's are leftovers from the 1098/1198 frames when they scaled down 1098/1198 production in preparation for replacing them with 1199, as they have the damper bracket welded on like the 1098/1198. As soon as there's no stockpile of 1098/1198 parts we'll see the baby Panigale, the 848 SE's are just the last ditch attempt to shift the old stock. A black frame would look loads better on the 2012 and 2013 SE's as Bradders has already said.
I could fall for the paint scheme on the 2012 SE model....but not the Red framed 2013 one. Shit did I just admit that out loud to you!
