Been at hospital again... been out on some more nasty stuff .. been told I am forbidden to have any more children or they will have 20 toes and 3 heads on stuff I'm on. really do not want more children as I'm too old anyway ! was promised steroid jab to help with pain . then denied it am fuming . bone scans showed knee and now foot bone deteriation . told loose weight so what does the twat do ??? put me on more meds that make you gain weight . Utterly fed up.. Oh and meds could make me tierd and dizzy. I pointed out I have a job to hold down and a home to run single handedly. Angry as I can't be ill as its me who brings in the money and holds it all together. Even angrier when I hear someone who's not worked is capable of working but is a work shy git whining about their 52 inch plasma which our taxes have paid for isn't right. and how they pile it on fraudulently at their medicals to get DLA Social paid for the whole in working family to go on holiday!!!! because they where stressed!!! Off my friends list as I have zero respect for that!
Sweating buckets at the gym, picking up son from Gatwick after his week in Finland and just eaten half a large Dominoes hot American ;-) so a day of three halves...
I installed the Oxford Galileo LED turn signals in the vents, got rid of all those silver stickers off of the frame...and sent the Termi full exhaust to get polished! So sorry to hear you are going through this crap, sounds like a huge pile of hassle. Must feel like the world is fighting you every step of the way. I've been mentally shopping for new leathers and helmet, in some sort of variation of white red and possibly fluro yellow, ready for next year. The whole world is going to see me coming this time.
No they are not hard to fit, just position them and use Velcro on the inside they won't move and they are bright enough for people to see behind you, I will get some pics after I finish putting the tail together with them on!
Spent the day surfing net......heated grips or heated gloves, grips or gloves, gloves or grips......still no further fwd......why can't I make a descision.....I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not sure!!!!
Thanks Phil... This is not like me at all.. Usually I'm pretty jolly . Been left with constant nausea / sickness and moving today is bad.. Sadly no option of laying still which is what I need.. I will just have to minimise things now and get shot of a lot of stuff out the house for one. Got to get some strategy to simplify life. Also got my bloody mother to deal with later today..... Which is hell at the moment ... Quite frankly if I didn't hear from my family for months I know it sounds horrible but I'm not fussed as sick of being emotionally blackmailed. I'm sick of my younger siblings being left alone then me getting it in the neck about this and that... If I could I'd leave the country. I'm just not all that close to my family Really have nothing in common with them except blood
Well I have been catching up on emails sent over the holidays. Tried to call several people on the phone, and no-one is back at work yet. Just had my first conference call of the day with a guy in VT, and will have my second call to a guy in CO in an hours time. And thats it for now, which is fine seeing as I feel like shite and could fall asleep at the drop of a hat.
Thanks for the reminder about heated grips .... My third controller this year has broken down!! Go for gloves ... They give better coverage of heat. The only thing I don't like is being wired up to the bike. I also struggle plugging them in when on the bike . Gerbering are good. However I can't wear them as the elements burn my hands! But I have very sensitive skin. It's advisable to buy the temp control switch. I like Oxford heated sports grips however I'm not impressed with the controllers . I've hardly used my new one and the first time I did for a longer amount of time it's malfunctioned. I'm not overly happy . However out of all the heated grip brands they offer the best heat. Some of the others are as good as useless. The sports grips are very slim compared to standard heated grips which can be bulky.
Just saw a full DP carbon fairing for the 999 go up in smoke. Was about to push the buy button when a friend in diar straights called and took priority... I must say : Darren did cross my mind... So Darren, someone can be grateful to ya... cheers!
Went for heated grips but the ones you can put under any grip - I use in the summer months to, so heated gloves would be no good for that and again no fun being wired into bike
