Tanks for that H C, I do fancy the Alpinestars heated gloves but they are an eye watering £160 !!! Now whens me birthday.........
Funny you should say that,,,, They are easy to fit just stick on under grips - but hey I like to keep the unemployment rate down and you cant beat a man in overalls
They have central heating in our bars up here  Mind there's something about a nice muff tho.....
I spent today bored ******g stiff.........Waiting for approvals to get on with very urgent work but it appears my clients have decided to stay off for another week and acan't be bothered to check their email, or respond to mine............ ......therefore I know exactly what is going to happen...... .....they will give the approval next week, just as their colleague sends me info for another urgent project............and they will both want thor completed projects by the same original deadlines..........I could have easily completed the first one over the Christamas break.... It's been like this for the last five years and peopel wonder why I want pack it all in and retire. AL
do you get paid the same either way? If not what a terroble start to 2013, inconsiderate gits; if so 2013 gonna be a great year
Had a physio session today, and good progress was noted, which is pleasing (a byproduct of my age, and slight frame giving the bones an easy time) told lots of ice, excersises and as much compression as possible, so wearing my running bottoms under my trousers. for some reason the robin hood "men in tights" song keeps going through my mind. I'd post a picture, but it may scar people for life!!
had to go out and do some jobs today, first since christmas : ( though could do with the money, spent too much , and drop of my yam WR450F for its first mot, requires a bicycle horn for mot lol, full service, some new tyres , so if it carrys on with this crap weather i can still go out on that and hit some muddy cornish lanes View attachment 9665
Haway (sp?) Twangobango, If you can afford to splurge on heated gloves, they'd keep the tips of your fingers warm. I've got heated grips on my Monster, which mean my hands are still functional by the time I get to work, but the ends of fingers can still be cold. My recollections of Northumbrian winters from my childhood make me think you'd want the heated gloves t'other side of Hadrian's wall!
