  2. I didn't vote for financial reasons I'm afraid, whether that suits your narrow parameters for debate or not. There is only one reason that matters for most of us who voted out, and so let's keep repeating it until you reach understanding: we don't want to live under the rule of people we can't elect.

  3. If anyone thinks UK laws and regulations are going to be very different with Brexit then they are very very deluded.

  4. You know it still amazes me to this day quite how many educated people struggle with this.

It's actually the media's doing because most of the reporters and lead journos keep referring to the UK as leaving Europe.

  5. Shows how little you know about British politics. The people you and I elect don't represent you and I.

  6. Nope, they'll be exactly the same for a period of time hence the European union withdrawal bill (wrongly titled great repeal bill)

  9. That 'may' be so, and yet due to the wonderful world of free choice and self governance it 'may' also give us opportunity to change them too.

And not take on any further EU laws and regulations.

That doesn't make us shit, it just allows us to look at what benefits us all first before deciding on what to do.

Again, the majority of the world's countries are outside of the EU, all of which don't have laws and regulations applied for them by Brussels

  10. The EU was far from perfect, but splitting it up will create far more opportunities for corruption and exploitation compared to having a global framework.

  11. Glad to see you're already talking about the EU in the past tense. You're learning.

  12. I’ll move on and try to be constructive, unlike most brexiteers.

Things are going to be sooo much better obviously o_O

  13. Good lad, moving on constructively is what brexiteers do, staying stale and afraid of change is the other lot :upyeah:

Just as a fun fact, this year the sprout growers association have said we have a shortage of sprouts because we do not have enough pickers from the eu to pick them so prices will go up.

Now if you have a reasonable memory, you will remember they did this last year too but saying an invasion of diamondback moths was eating all the crops so what is left will be at a higher price. Just typical seasonal opportunists like rose sellers on valentines day.

Does highlight something though, anything with the word Brussels in it, don't trust em :p
