  1. Just got one of these for £350 + vat o_O
    Slight transit damage on the bottom right hand corner - nothing that can't be covered with a bit of trim. Drawer fronts and everywhere else undamaged so well happy :party::motorcycleduc::party::motorcycleduc::party:
    They just listed a few today on Ebay but most are damaged worse (some are cheaper) - I got the one that the damage is easily disguised - hope they send me the right one!!! :eek:

  2. I’ve just bought the exact same thing from Homebase for £550.
    Just a word of warning. The burs on the edges or the draws are razor sharp!! And needed a file running over them. Other than that they’re ok quality for the garage at home.

  6. £500 vs 350, I don't pay the vat and it's only a minor fault that can be disguised easily :) you have more money that sense - not saying you have lots of money brw :)

  7. It's a tool box, if used it will get marks. If bought to pose then oh my word, a mark, will have some running for counselling :D

  8. Fair point if you don't pay VAT. Has it been delivered yet @Exige ?? Any reason you can't mount a vice/grinding wheel etc to the top ?? Wondering if you can drill through worktop to bolt stuff on ? Where is lock mechanism and metal bracing etc ?? What ya reckon, can stuff be bolted to the top ??

  13. If my experience of eBay descriptions is anything to go by, "minor fault" probably means it's been crushed to about 2" high, something like this. I'm sure it'll slide under your bench, no problem at all with the wheels in place. o_O

  16. I have some heavy duty locking wheels from M&S supermarket dollies we used to manufacture. They are heavier duty and low enough to fit under the worktop if I decide to fit them. :):upyeah:

  17. The damage is clearly shown in pictures for each individual cabinet that was reduced. I confirmed this is the only damage. All the others on offer I would not have touched with the front damage.
    All it needs is for them to send me the correct one! :eek:
