Good luck, so am i... They seem like gold dust these days and people know it, so ask for a small fortune. Sold a mint 998R OEM mono a few years ago when i put my 748 BP back to standard. I think it went for a couple hundred at the time and now i have another BP i regret selling it everyday
They do pop up from time to time but like you say, people do ask big money for them. I've missed out on a couple on eBay.. the search will continue
They're certainly a bit scarce these days, did make me recall there being a member (could've been the previous forum ) who'd been collecting mono seat units for a few years loads of the buggers they adorned his garage walls "They're my retirement fund" I think he said - too bloody right better than Bitcoin
