I used to get that all the time when I worked for a company that had it's HQ in Swindon. The marketing director used to always call meetings for 9am on a Monday morning. I used to have to set off at 4am from the NE where I used to live.I always got there in plenty of time yet the cnuts that lived there including the cnuting marketing director always rocked up late. Cnuts.
Standard practice. Used to get to 845 meetings in London from Bristol. London types would then up late complaining about coffeee queue , as if that justified the arrogance. After A while I got the train I wanted and then just blamed ‘ trains, what can you do , shrug.... and was usually still before them, and had more valuable input. London types. Wankers ( other London types are available who are no doubt nicer) Organise a meeting in Bristol and it would be ‘ cant get there before 11’ -coming down from London you know.
Someone who shall remain nameless has had a detrimental effect on my current state of mind. He has arranged to visit me & unbeknownst to him' its shock the foundations of my quiet life. Invigorating me to do some house-hold chores & only slightly lower the level of hygiene & as I'd say too a neighbour "..I've had a shower this month, whether I need to or not!.." Having now completed 6-sessions of chiropractor adjustments I redid my C.V, visited a local firm that I wish too work for & got given the nod they'll speak to me in the new year & there is a place available. Just arranged to get back too doing some work for my current agency over the coming month & my outlook is cheery. Now to unpack a load of camping gear I've ordered for next-year. Plus its my 43rd birthday on Planet Earth
It’s been 2 years since I had full lens replacement cataract surgery so had my first eye test. Happy to report everything is fine and good to continue life without glasses so long as life happens further away than my fingertips . Andy

I've started drafting a contract for a project in the USA which will kick off in the Spring. But more importantly I've arranged for my new car to be delivered when I'm back from my snowboard holiday in the first week of February.
