Made from mainly scrotum and sawdust, but perfect for sandwiches or a full English breakfast. But really I love most sausages, from German frankfurters to American hot dogs to Lebanese spicey sujuk. This Lebanese place in Bristol does a spicey sausage wrap which is beyond delicious. Can you tell I haven’t had lunch yet?

I remember being in the "Camp site" as they call the car park covered in rocks at the Valencia race track and when lacking in sustenance I stopped at the local burger stall and pointed to the long sausage food stuff, he replied, que? blanco...negro? Went to the near Keynsham yesterday while the bikes were at jhs racing. Nothing but retired rich white people. It was like heavens waiting room in the cafe.
The Butchers in West Wellow are pretty good too. Their Smoky Bacon sausages are a thing of wonder as were the Toulouse Sausages I had last night.
