Sorry I'e got R&G crash bungs but I recall that I had the same issue with torque setting for those (eg R&G didn't specify in the fitting instructions!). Hopefully someone will be along to advise you. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

No instructions but a video here. I probably have the instructions somewhere but from memory they were pretty useless.
That video doesn’t show the whole operation. The long engine mount bolt has to be exchanged, so make sure you prop the engine as it drops slightly as I found out.

Didn't have this problem putting R&G crash bungs on my 2015 DVT Mutley. Long engine bolt just slipped out and threaded R&G bar went in, but something to be aware of I guess. Happy days. Happy New Year!
