It is unbelievable but true that you have to land at a certain few key points to have any form of border control whilst the rest, almost all, of the coast is completely unguarded and unwatched.

Yes I think you're right mate, all I see from 'him' (I assume?) is distraction grenades that he drops in, doesn't substantiate, and then is unheard until it's time for another to be thrown in. It seems common behaviour for the majority unfortunately.
