Well it is that time of year again folks... 2017 proved to be another year where the Lincolnshire Ride Out's and Meets thread was pretty popular and there were many successful meets and ride out's arranged through it in 2017 too The 1198 has now been put in to semi-retirement for the time being as (some of you will be aware) I pulled the trigger on a 1199 Tricolore at the end of last season. As it was so late in the season I only managed to get a couple of hundred of miles done before it was time to take them off the road for the year... Anyway, I give all 3 bikes a good clean and coating of ACF-50 prior to them being laid up for the winter, brimmed the tank and put in some fuel stabilizer in, hooked them up to their trickle chargers, got them up on their paddock stands and covers put on... The Panigale and Monster have also been to Italia Moto to be serviced. Panigale was just due a fluids service but Helen's Monster was due it's belts (which rather annoyingly slipped my mind so I didn't get to order belts from Stu prior to it going in), a couple of other little bits we wanted doing and also had them re-map it for her too... There are a couple more bits and pieces I want to get sorted before the new season gets under way properly but everything looks like it's on track again for us this year and the bikes will be in fine fettle and ready to go as soon as the weather plays ball and warms up a bit I have also included some details of Lincolnshire and Surrounding Area's Regular Bike Nights for those who aren't familiar with the regular nights in the area. I know that feeling, I seemed to be away for quite a few things I would have liked to have done last year... We'll see how this year pans out though. Would be good to meet you eventually @Gp80 I've got a couple of 3 weeks off coming up so I am hoping the weather will warm up a bit and the salt be washed away before the end of February... I'm chomping at the bit worse than normal this year, can't wait to get out again and get to know the Tricolore properly
I'm sure we'll still manage a few meets and rides out throughout the year Terry. I intend having a run up your way early in the season to have a catch up anyway so we can start with that one Any news on when the new scrambler may be getting built/delivered yet?
I popped in to Ducati Manchester yesterday to get my service book for the Pani stamped and asked the question and it's presently planned for April 2018. So maybe May then
I should get out a little more this year! Not hard to beat last year! Yet to meet anyone! Also excited, bikes also at Italia Moto at the moment, bolt on goodies, new rubber and an Ohlins TTX with the correct spring being fitted! Should make the bike less likely to bump me off into the field! Fingers crossed! Hoping to also have a Scrambler to play about on! Test ride permitting!

To be fair she is pretty good! Although i’m expecting a ‘link’ to something expensive popping up in my inbox shortly!
