Hello everyone, Name is Spence and this year I'll be racing in the Ducati Trioptions cup. So bit about myself, I started many moon so ago in a series you'll all know, the Ducati Desmodue Championship. Having started there as a rookie I won many class B races but also learned my race craft. Can't thank the Championship itself enough. I then moved onto Endurance racing where I've won a few championships and lead 600 National championships. 2017 wasn't a great year for me. Having been taken out in the second round of the year at brands. I suffered numerous injuries including back broken in few places, broken neck, broken elbow, smashed my hand to pieces and a bleed to the brain. Since then I've mended well and focused on 2018 to get me fitter than ever. 2018 sees myself jumping on a new 959 and racing at BSB in the Ducati Trioptions cup! Exciting times ahead.. what I aim to do is use this thread to keep you all updated on my progress through out the year. With all the links to my races and race reports. As you can probably guess racing at this level doesn't come cheap, so I'm currently searching for any company's, businesses or anyone that would like to come on this adventure with my team and provide some sponsorship. If you or know anyone that would like to get involved please get in contact. Sponsorship can be tailormade to suit any budget. If your wondering what it's all about you can (if on Facebook) give my page a like and a share. https://m.facebook.com/RSFRacing959/ This is a recent press release with sponsorship proposal. http://www.chamois-consulting.com/n...s-sponsors-motorcycle-racing-team-rsf-racing/ Thanks for reading this. Please get in touch if interested in some sponsorship, and if you find yourselves at BSB please come down paddock for a chat. Kettle I said always on. Cheers Spence
I've not ridden the new bike yet, and the build isn't complete, but Once built I'll be getting some. There are some pre build on build photos on my Facebook page.
Fantastic! I love getting to BSB meets! Did photography past couple of years but that has funded my new (to me) 748! Best of luck with the season. I see many competitions for free/raffle tickets for rounds go down well and help spread the word
Hey Spence, good to see you on here. There's a few of the other TriOptions boys here as well. @scrawnsenior I think you know from the True Heroes team?
See you in the paddock @Spence Hopefully starting the build soon on the new bikes. Heading to Valencia mid Feb for a shakedown then straight into it in the spring. Be interesting to see the difference between the 899 and 959. Not ridden one yet.
