  3. I got around to taking a picture of a neglected (to say the least) house in Marchwood (I had been to the tip there and remembered to take my camera). Apparently there was a dispute about who should inherit it, so rather than agreeing to sell it and then argue about the cash the family just left it to fall apart.

  4. Watched my wife give birth today an it was amazing to see what technology is available..


    I would have missed it all if it wasnt for FaceTime, and free wifi in the pub

    SWMBO, on the other hand, has been like a woman possessed "decluttering the house" (not that it's got any clutter :rolleyes: ) in readiness for the estate agent taking pics and video of the house tomorrow.

  20. Yes that's the plan.

    SWMBO has found a really lovely place, with all mod cons, fab views and a south facing rear garden, (in truth we should be thinking of downsizing but this new place adds another 500sqft to living floor space) but trouble is the builder has told her they won't take a deposit and they have two other interested parties allegedly for the plot we are after. So if we miss out I've no idea where we'll end up.

    I've got a call into the builders sales director to see if a sizeable deposit will swing it.
