*** MotoGP Season Opener: Qatar (Spoilers) ***

  1. Leaving aside all the negativity of Rossi's performance, I thought the 3 races were spectacular- what a great start for the season. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of them and Romaro Fenati was just a delight to see.

Really looking forward to the next race!

  2. +1
    Too many experts on here.

  3. But it would be a bland forum if no one had an opinion to post....:frown:

Although the Stoner v Rossi thing is a bit stale....in my opinion...if I'm allowed one.

  5. Thanks for the update, but personally I think the pi**ing down British weather is better

It makes for a more interesting descision on a morning...should I go for intermediate coat and shoes or full wets?

  6. Oh hang on a minute, thinking again about it....thats not fair....how can we debate that? There's only one winner, and it's not a Ducati!

  7. Well I guess it keeps you more involved that way! The beers I had sitting in the sun overlooking the harbour swayed me though, but (repeat after me) we're all individuals

  8. Ha, I've got it....the British weather is far better because....there's no chance your beers are gonna get warm outside, overlooking the turds floating down the Themes

  10. You know, that is a real issue. You can't drink pints; we have to drink schooners and even then, reasonably quickly. Which means more trips to the bar ... the sacrifices we make eh!

  11. We love anything warm over here...and that includes personalities!

  12. Ok the gloves are coming off!

The best thing about being British is we have BSB, ask josh brookes about it, so you can keep skippy, neighbours, prisoner cell block h etc. etc.

Although Kylie can still pop over.

  13. Ha! You know I've only just moved back here after 10 years in the UK right? I raced over there too

BSB is close this year, shame I can't make any rounds...lots of good things about the UK! Like the proximity to Europe

  14. Yes he did say that, but TP was listening to the Aussie version of events down under!

I'll say it again TP! My thoughts about Stoner changed when He said over a microphone at Donny that Bristish race fans are arseholes! Fact!!
You can't change that Mate and never will!
Troy Bayliss is one of my favorite racers of all time, Hell i named my eldest son after him.

  15. Erm nope. Forgive my ignorance m8, I didn't.

  16. We deported Him!! lol

Yep can confirm Tony Lived here, Shame He jacked racing, i enjoyed pitting with Him and getting Tows in practice at new circuits.
And no He didn't punch me for getting a tow :upyeah:

  17. As an aside, nice line in dry wit from Spies: “We just got to take the positives out of the weekend. I tested the air bag twice and it worked."
