Marco Melandri and Casey Stoner rode only the road bike in Valencia last October.” There are no plans for full factory riders Davies Melandri to try the first WorldSBK development Panigale V4 at Jerez this week, said Foti. “Chaz and Marco may ride it in the middle of the season, but not here. They are focused on our current bikes at this test because we need to do the races with the V-twin. The launch of the V4 roadbike is going on at Valencia right now.”
Last I heard, the race exhaust was on version 8 or 9 and expected to go through several more revisions before being finalised. Skuttle I picked up on is that the bike will be formally announced in the summer not as I thought at EICMA later in the year. If you haven’t got a deposit down on a V4R by now, don’t expect to get one from the first allocation. Andy
More views of the symmetrical exhaust. I wonder how long before a SSTK kit is available (at a price) to those in the know. It's certainly much better packaged than the road bike full system on offer. The only observation I can offer from this picture is your feet are going to get very warm indeed.

Thought the off the shelf V4R with the “for race use only” packaged exhaust is intended to be the Super Stock class bike. Andy
Do you know if they will do that or is the only option to buy the street legal exhaust and then spend another ~£5k on an exhaust? This is one of my biggest issues with bikes at the moment.
Trouble is the non-consumer SSTK exhaust is generally only available through Ducati Corse via an appointed dealer or a race team. Maybe. whatever they offer with the "R" by way of a full system, might be a derivation of this. That or Termignoni will come up with an alernative in the interim.
Pretty sure Android is much better placed to answer that, but it does seem if you know the right people, anything is available, including an SSTK exhaust. Though it won't be cheap!
