forgotten a lot of it but a couple of things :- You are really lucky with the mileage VAT-wise and don't be lured into thinking that any CofC means you are home and dry = it's this country's stipulations that make this a potential PITA. The CofC needs to come from the country of manufacture and (depending on how much has changed/relaxed) needs to state ON THE C of C in clear terms that the bike speedometer is reading in MPH and that the headlight Main/Dip functions meet regs for vehicle driving on the L.H. side of the road. I won't be re-stating this regardless of following replies - this was a FACT when I had to get mine done a couple of years ago.
My C of C states UK homologation as well as other countries in the EU. It is a Ducati Issued one but I will check from where! I'm sure it will be interesting as will the vat man
