Though luck with the rotator cuff injury, I had/ have similar and and it takes forever to get the movement and strength back. This was compounded by me having a big bicycle off and a fall down some cellar stairs more recently.
Oh and if you need a hand with anything heavy, just ask, I'm yer man!

 

This is the second time, exacerbating an injury she did ice skating a few years ago. She seemed to be okay on the Diavel at the weekend though so not all is lost. Generous offer but a long way to come. If it’s too heavy, I’ll not bother Andy

 

Today I decided I’m in dire need of new boots for my commute. My wee toes are cold or wet or both.

 

I was getting excited I though someone did feather and down filled gortex gloves

 

Jut bought some tool boxes from a bloke down the road, £800 worth for £150 and in good nick

 

and a photograph included as well

 

Lol, he didnt throw in the tools either but I have plenty of my own

 

time to work on that bike again

Received my bargain Top Spec Nitron shock for the KR having had to ditch using the lovely Penske shock. Only 5 months old off a race bike from Bulgaria

Just need the spring a different colour...

Ahh but mine is an original first design that puts out a massive 34bhp then they changed the shape (joking Paul)
