What's not updating? ive been playing with some data caching which is spewing the site up. Let me know specifics Rob.
I would log on, it would then almost immediately log me off, then i could log on sometimes but if i changed pages it would log me off again, I posted a reply in a thread but it didn't show up, also now when you read a thread and go back to the new post threads list, it is still "in bold" as if it isn't read. Sorry to be negative, but it is a might frustrating. :frown: And now the new posts button won't update, I have read the 4 threads it keeps bringing up, and nothing new since 22:12 (my time) now 22:25
Thanks Dave. I know what it is that is causing it. Basically I'm trying to speed up the site as much as possible. I can cache certain items so they don't need to reload, meaning a faster experience for all. I need to take a look at the settings for this and adjust the items that are being cached. I know it's frustrating but once the settings are correct it'll be fixed
At the moment OK, prob about 10-15 sec's, but it is variable, our internet is very slow tho', we're along way away you know :wink: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2430803787.png
What was wrong with the site at 0725 was you were on it and not in bed or coming home from a thrash on the tiles Friday ;-
