Yeh, the guy from the Aprilia and Triumph dealership who's private bike it was uses Chas about 100 times a year for deliveries from the business - he was good enough to throw in free transport to Yorkshire too to his mates bike shop in Wakefield, just 30 mins down the road for me to pick it up. Not paid yet either until it arrives and I collect - Lars N Laursen of Vagn Jensen Motorcykler, Denmark - what a guy The best customer service I have ever come across! He could have sold the bike 4 more times for full price in the few hours after I sealed the deal too
Vagn Jensen had this 1098R in when I was looking for one. It came from Germany and they didn't have the history for it, which was the only reason I didn't buy. They were very helpful and honest throughout.
i have been pulling my hair out all my life and moaning about rubbish customer service,, just dealt with homebase/wickes damage items bad attitudes so nice to hear this story,remember when you get back pictures of your bird in front of the mansion pleasee.
