V4 V4 Battery Connector

  1. Hello, had my V4 delivered today. For some reason i read somewhere on the forum that ducati has a connector somewhere for the battery charger pre installed. Hence i ordered a battery charger from the dealer.

    However, when i took a look at the bike just now - i couldn't find a lead or anywhere for a battery charger lead? I took off the seat etc but nothing.

    Did i read it wrong or did i buy an extra charger for nothing?

  2. I believe it’s at the front of the tank but before the ignition barrel under the cover there

  3. I was shown that it was under the rear seat cowl, which he got to by using the key to undo the black plastic thing.... How descriptive am i!! lol

  4. If you bought an S, the battery cha
    The Ducati branded battery mantainer comes supplied with connector to fit the DDA plug which is usually located under a seat although I do not know the location on the V4. If you bought the Skyrich LiFePo charger, assumimg you bought the S, the connector to fit the DDA has to be bought separately. Andy
