Hi Stu,Not sure what one this is but we have one for our land cruiser and the girlfriend has been using it on european trips with a Honda 125 so there is a weight restriction.anything above this the vehicle becomes light at the front end! hope this helps!? if you are collecting the Bayliss why dont just you hire a bike trailer?
No, only in the states... If you need a stand for your van, I can lend you mine. Quick and easy to load and secure and only needs 1 person.
I'm sure I've seen these type of things used on mobile homes where people carry bikes on the back so they can go places the motorhome cannot. Personally I would hire a van though There is a link for what I mean but if it is going on a car the same laden weight will apply as for towing https://www.lnbleisure.co.uk/product.php/6772979/
Have a Van thanks, and chocks and straps Just hadn't seen one of these that carries a full size sportsbikes before!
I have one for 3 mountain bikes, that works fine, but would not want any more weight on the back then that, plus it is very easy to bottom out when you go onto a steep ramp
Do you have any details on this type of rack 558? I have a Belgarda Yamaha TDR125 that I would like to carry on the back of my Renault Trafic day van.
hi there,Will ask the lady later when she gets in,its the same as the first picture has a ramp on the side and ours has a middle vertical bracket for clamping down on the seat,if she knows the make i will let you know.
Hello, just check ebay and it is the Armitage make thats what we have! there is a used one for sale on ebay/ Tiptree £199.00 170KG max load! check it out NOW!
All depends on the your tow bar nose rating. Most cars are 50 to 60kg. Think the traffic is 85kg. Had a sherco 2.9 trials bike on a Passat once! Didn't drive very nice.
I have one enroute to go on the back of the Range Rover ... need a vehicle that has the tongue weight capacity. https://www.mototote.com/ Selling 2 models on feebay at the moment
