Actually looking forward to tomorrow, seeing little granddaughter for first time, and grandson is walking now, I think that means he can ride motorbikes now
Spent 29 minutes putting 999 back together. That's all bikes in 1 piece now! (And no bits left over ). I'm seriously short on garage space now. No garage is ever to big. Roll on spring!!!!
some more than others And just to confuse matters i've been to spray shop today to get a £££ on a yellow respray for T9 to get her back to OEM.
Waiting on price. They need to get the paint made up and find out about specific undercoats. 4 side fairings, nose, both air scoopy/wing things and the tank. Have a CF front mudguard and a OEM rear section on it's way via eBay as we speak. Have a feeling buying good quality used/NOS will make more sense then sell the damaged bits I have but will see......( seem to remember someone suggested this but can't for the life of me remember who ).
Just got back from a 70 mile (ish) run out with Carole and a fellow Multistrada rider stopping of at the Army Air museum in Middle Wallop for a brew and a bite to eat. Great to blow the cobwebs away but piggin’ cold. A trip to the local Ikea next followed by a meal out somewhere because we haven’t decided what yet. Andy
As I've not been out on my bikes since before Xmas I thought I'd just check the weather forecast for the weekend. I'm depressed. Take a look at how the whole of next week is shaping up
Should a gone out today like we did, blue sky and sunny, just cold. Roads were pretty good and relatively clean and dry too. Andy
Took the swingarm and frame from my latest project or money pit as the wife calls it in for powder coating I am restoring a 1968 Suzuki T200 Invader Should get the crank back tomorrow so can rebuild the engine
