  2. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a general election and new negotiations.

  3. Request Extension to article 50 to allow cross party talks and a new deal to be put to EU.

  4. Request Extension to article 50 to allow a second referendum on 1. Remain in EU or 2. Full Brexit.

  8. A little exercise for everyone.

What did it say on the side of the Brexit Bus? Without checking, what do you recall it saying?

What did the media say it said on the Bus?

Now. Check what it said on the Bus.

Is anyone unclear as to the object of this exercise?

  9. dude, yer talking to what can only be described on a bike forum as political geeks. and in noobs case a shyster, these sound bites are designed for "mong man". and it works.

  10. Hmm, good little socialist aintcha? The common people are just too stupid to make their own minds up. Who knows what's best for us, eh?

On to the naughty authoritarian step with you, finm. You can keep Peter company.

In any event, the common people were too stupid to decipher the message on the Bus and were not quite stupid enough to believe the Remainders who lied about what the message said? Heh. Cool story, bro.

  11. He still hasn't registered yet, his favourite information source who is more anti mainstream media than he is, is using mainstream media articles to prove their point, at some point you hope it will sink in but I doubt it will be at quicksand speed.

Seems a bit hurtful to call the rest of the forum mong men though fin, no easter eggs for you

  12. now now, thats not what i said, what i said was "political geeks" and "mong man". i didnt say socialist, fascist, left or right.
i fully accept and have never argued mong man knows his mind any less than political geek man.
just in case you forgot who i have labeled "mong man", it was the dude changing tyres that blamed the EU and immigrant for his failing business. doesn't know much about the constituent parts of the uk either.

  15. Time Out. rugby coming on, hmm is it a humping we is gonna get, or maybe if we get lucky, a close game?

  16. How can I be dangerous when I even post, eu council documents and meeting notes? Is it that posting correct and information from both sides is the dangerous thing? mmmm Is the Argyle massive the same as the staines massive? If yes and I see a lot of shell suits and sun glasses because of the southern sun in the area, I'll know they are in town.

  19. The £11 billion you mention is less than 0.5 % of the UK's GDP. The whole EU's GDP is around $17 Trillion (17,000,000,000,000) so the £11 billion is around 0.08% of that total.

Setting budgets is always a torturous process, since both raising and spending money is always a topic of debate. Still in the scheme of things, and in the total European economy over the seven years period, this figure is not all that big; the EU economy grows a lot more than that in each one of the seven years as do the economies of member states. A budget for the EU 2021-27 will be set, with or without UK participation.

It is an attempt deliberately to confuse readers to mention impressively large figures with lots of noughts on the end whilst carefully avoiding any mention of the small percentages those figures actually amount to.
